01. Software Utility & Non-Custodial Design

Swoop Radar ("The Application" or "The Software") is strictly a data aggregation and rate comparison software utility interface. Swoop Radar does not hold user funds, provide digital wallet custody, or process digital asset transactions.

Swoop Radar has no access to your private keys, seed phrases, or credentials at any point. You retain full, exclusive custody of your digital assets. We cannot recover credentials, reverse transfers, or access your wallet, as the Software operates as a local utility on your device.

02. Third-Party Services & Routing

Swoop Radar acts strictly as an affiliate marketing and data aggregation tool that assists users in scanning and identifying third-party rate routes.

When you select a rate route, you are securely transferred directly to the independent, licensed third-party platform's secure portal (e.g., ChangeNOW, Changelly, SimpleSwap) where the actual operation is completed.
Swoop Radar does not act as an exchange platform, broker, or custodian, and does not provide financial liquidity.
Swoop Radar does not handle fiat currency or digital assets at any stage of the process.
By proceeding with any selected route, you acknowledge and agree that you are contracting directly with the chosen third-party provider and are subject to their respective Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and compliance mechanisms.

03. Limitation of Liability

Since Swoop Radar does not execute transactions or hold user assets, we assume no liability or responsibility for:

Failed, delayed, or interrupted transactions caused by blockchain network congestion or gas fee spikes.
Decisions, delays, freezes, or rejections implemented by third-party execution venues in connection with their internal automated AML, compliance, or KYC (Know Your Customer) systems.
Errors made by the user, including but not limited to, providing incorrect destination addresses, network mismatches, or losing control of wallet credentials.
Fluctuations in asset conversion rates during blockchain confirmation windows.

04. Rate Disclaimers & Forecasts

All rates, calculations, and estimates displayed on Swoop Radar are sourced from external public APIs of independent providers. These figures are informational estimates and are subject to rapid change based on real-time market conditions. Swoop Radar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any rate displayed.

05. AML Radar Forensic Disclaimer

The Swoop Radar application features an "AML Radar" which performs wallet forensics and risk analyses of public ledger data.

Predictive Analytics Only: All risk scores, classifications, and data logs compiled by the AML Radar are predictive data analytics estimates based on public ledger records. They do not constitute formal legal counsel, compliance declarations, or absolute guarantees of transfer safety.
No Liability for Freezes: Under no circumstances shall Swoop Radar or Livotov Labs be held liable for transactions paused, assets frozen, or accounts flagged by third-party exchange platforms or compliance systems, regardless of whether a pre-routing scan from the Software estimated a "Low Risk" profile.
Users acknowledge that compliance protocols are subject to proprietary risk assessment rules unique to each independent service provider.

06. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Swoop Radar offers basic rate-finding features for free, alongside premium utility features (Pro and Premium Tiers) available via in-app subscriptions managed through the App Store and Google Play billing services.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on an auto-renewing basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan. Billing is managed securely by Apple or Google under their respective subscription terms.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. To avoid auto-renewal charges, cancellation must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds: All billing, invoicing, and refund requests are processed exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective store refund guidelines. Swoop Radar does not manage billing records natively and assumes no liability for billing disputes.

07. Regulatory Compliance & Regional Laws

Using rate aggregation utilities and interacting with digital assets is subject to different regional laws and restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that downloading the Application and interacting with third-party providers is compliant with all local laws, taxation rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Swoop Radar conforms strictly to non-licensed information utility structures as recognized under active regulatory guidelines, including EU MiCA guidelines for non-custodial referral software.
