01. Our Privacy-First Architecture

At Swoop Radar, we prioritize user privacy, data minimization, and non-custodial software designs. Swoop Radar operates as an on-device local rate scanner and tracking tool, and we do not maintain a backend database designed to store, compile, or profiles on individual users.

Because we do not have an account sign-up system, we do not collect usernames, passwords, phone numbers, or physical mailing addresses.

02. Strictly No KYC Data Collection

Swoop Radar does not collect, process, request, or store any Know Your Customer (KYC) identity data.

• We never ask for your government-issued passport, national identity card, driving license, or selfies.
• We never require physical location coordinates, biometric scans, or bank statement records.
• Because our software runs purely as an aggregator referral and analytical check utility, we do not require account verification.

03. Third-Party Verification Compliance

Our platform integrates rate calculations and secure widget referral handoffs from independent, licensed third-party platforms (e.g., ChangeNOW, Changelly, SimpleSwap).

If a transaction is flagged for potential risk or required compliance assessment under their proprietary automated Risk-Based AML controls, the third-party execution venue will handle the KYC verification process on their own secure portal.

Swoop Radar does not have access to, visibility of, or ownership over any documentation or personal data submitted to these third-party platforms during their verification procedures.

04. Public Blockchain Data Collection (AML Radar Checks)

To deliver our "Track Natively" status updates and the "AML Radar" wallet health scanning features, Swoop Radar processes public wallet addresses.

• Forensic API Querying: Wallet addresses submitted by you for risk checks (manually or as part of continuous watchlist monitoring) are queried strictly against open public blockchain explorers and premium third-party forensic data APIs.
• No Real-World Identity Association: Swoop Radar processes public wallet addresses purely as digital values. We do not associate, link, or combine these public addresses with your real-world identity, name, email address, or device identifiers.
• Local Storage: Watchlisted addresses are stored locally on your device's persistent memory and can be cleared instantly at any time via the settings menu.

05. Device & Diagnostic Logs

For application maintenance, crash prevention, and general software improvements, the Application may collect anonymous technical data, such as device model, OS version, application crash dumps, and anonymous IP addresses. This information is processed strictly for performance diagnostics and system security, and is never compiled with personal profiles.
